The dishes arrived right on time, and the servers were incredibly attentive, making sure plates were changed promptly and we always felt taken care of. As for the food, it was top-notch. The tuna tartare was super fresh, and the meat platter was excellent—especially the lamb, which was cooked to perfection. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Excellent lunch experience at Novikov Beverly Hills! The service was attentive and professional, and the restaurant's decor is absolutely stunning—sophisticated, elegant, and very comfortable. I started with a Greek salad that was fresh, crisp, and delicious. For the main course, I enjoyed beautifully grilled salmon paired with perfectly charred grilled vegetables and creamy tzatziki sauce. Every element was prepared to perfection. I finished with tiramisu for dessert, which was outstanding—rich, creamy, and the ideal ending to my meal. The entire dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. Had a Good dinner at Novikov Beverly Hills. The prix fixe menu was excellent—generous portions at a great price. The salmon tartare and grilled whole fish were both fresh and flavorful. Pasta,snake river farms 45 day dry aged rib-eye, Napoleon cake was delicious.,
I recently dined at Novikov and it was quite an experience. We ordered a lot of food, and everything was beautifully presented. The highlight for me was definitely the desserts — absolutely delicious and worth trying if you visit. On the downside, the service was slower than I expected. I had to ask several times for a drink or even for a plate, and it took quite a while before anything was brought over. With a restaurant of this caliber, I was hoping for more attentive service. Overall, the food and desserts were impressive, but I’d love to see the service match the quality of the menu.

Excellent place in Beverly Hills to enjoy a high end lunch for a great price or a nice dinner with friends or even a romantic date to impress. I came in for the lunch special it was only $39 for a starter, main and dessert which for Beverly Hills is a great deal. I love the cream top coffee and espressos here as well. The server Luis was very attentive and the staff was very professional and friendly. Over my experiences here have been fabulous and if you want 5 star service then go here! Also free parking across the street and it’s not too noisy at lunch which is nice!

We started with the beef carpaccio and tuna tartar topped with black caviar—both fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The scallops with broccolini and mashed potatoes were another highlight—delicately cooked, perfectly seasoned, and full of depth. The lobster pasta didn’t quite reach the same level of perfection, but everything else more than made up for it. For dessert, we tried both the Napoleon cake and the Pavlova, and honestly, it was the best decision we could’ve made. The Napoleon cake is out of this world—light, rich, and decadent, while the Pavlova added a refreshing and fruity contrast that paired wonderfully. Together, they made for a perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. Novikov Beverly Hills is a place we’ll definitely return to.
